99% of the cheese we sell is Artisan Cheese, which means that the cheese is produced in small batches, with particular attention paid to the tradition of the cheesemaker's art. The process uses as little mechanization as possible in the production of the cheese, many use a fully hand made process. Artisan cheeses re made from all types of milk (Cow, Goat and Sheep) and may include various flavorings.
Our range of cheese covers over 150 types of cheese from British Isles, Italy, France, Spain and The Netherlands.
At present the only cheesewe sell that is not an Artisan Cheese is our Extra Strong Cheddar.
